The Parish Pastoral Council has been restructured to support our parish mission roadmap and will be re-engaging in the coming month to assist in developing and implementing a strategic plan to help move our parish forward in the 4 key mission areas identified in our Mission Planning Roadmap. We are currently looking for parish council members who are interested in helping our parish bear measurable fruit in the 4 key mission areas.

We are looking for committed and dependable Hospitality Ministers to be ushers and greeters at our Masses, and to help staff our Intentional@home Connection Centers. In the wake of the rising cases of COVID throughout our Diocese, Bishop Ricken has reinstated the dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass. Bishop announced the dispensation in a decree on Monday, October 5; it takes effect immediately, and will remain in effect until further notice.

Thursday afternoon (September 24), the Winnebago County Health Department issued an update detailing the critical rate of spread of COVID in our community right now. Currently, the Oshkosh- Neenah area is #1 in the country where cases are rising the fastest. We want to urge you to use caution and good judgment when leaving home in the coming days, including coming to Mass.

Beginning the weekend of Sept. 19 and 20, all Catholics in the Diocese of Green Bay will again gather to worship and share in the Eucharist as a community of faith on Sundays. The lifting of the dispensation was announced in a decree issued by Bishop David Ricken on Monday, Sept. 7.
Helping those in need, living at or below the poverty level in our community by providing monetary assistance with rent and utilities, clothing and household item vouchers, mentorship, advocacy, and guidance reaching out to other community resources for help. Governor Evers released several Executive Orders on Thursday, one declaring a Public Health Emergency and another issuing an Emergency Order. The Emergency Order requires individuals to wear face coverings when indoors and not in a private residence (with some exceptions as defined in the order). Face coverings are now required for anyone (age 5 and older) who attends Mass beginning this weekend - per the Governor's Order.
Beginning July 5 a Communion Service will be offered at 9:30AM at the St Peter site for those who are not able or not comfortable attending Mass in person just yet.
