April 2024: Strategic Planning Retreat

Over the past months, Fr. Jerry and our parish leadership - including the parish pastoral council - have been working through a strategic planning process to guide us into a future filled with purpose, clarity of mission, and abundant life and growth.

On Saturday, April 20, key leaders from the parish gathered to develop the first draft of goals for each Mission Team that will form the foundation of our 5 year Strategic Plan.

Each Mission Team - along with the staff and parish pastoral council - will continue to refine these goals and begin putting together project teams to help move these goals forward.  The ultimate purpose of this 5 year strategic plan is to help us meet Fr. Jerry's Goals for our parish.

✅     March 2024:  Pastoral Council Reviews all Listening Session Data
✅     April 2024:  Strategic Planning Retreat Day & Initial Goal Setting

  • The need for a communications team was clearly expressed as part of the Listening Sessions, and the development of a communication team was added to the goals during the Strategic Planning Retreat Day.
