The WIT students were extremely appreciative of our parish Lenten works of mercy (Little Lenten Tree) which affected them each individually (and their families) in a huge way. They were so grateful that they all created cards to thank our parish. Thank you to all our parishioners who contributed your works of mercy - they were truly appreciated and made a difference within our community.
You can view all the cards on the bulletin board in the back of Saint Mary Church.
Whatever It Takes (WIT) is an Oshkosh Area School District program serving students in grades K-8. It is housed in the MBS Mission Center located in the St. Peter school building.
The WIT program serves students whose behaviors have not been manageable in even the most restrictive school settings. WIT staff members work closely with Winnebago County to provide wrap-around services for students who are enrolled in the programs. The program helps to meet the unique educational needs of students who have struggled to find success in a traditional school setting.
