The dramatic events recounted during this week contain God’s answers to our most fundamental questions. In the various prayers, Scripture readings, and rituals of this week, we find more of what we are looking for: God’s love and closeness, healing, justice, and a sense of meaning in our lives.
Jesus crucified and risen is God’s response to our pain, brokenness, and suffering. Holy Week helps bring us one step closer to allowing God’s answer - Jesus - to penetrate our hearts.
Palm Sunday, also called Passion Sunday is the Sunday before Easter. We begin with a blessing and procession of palm branches. The Mass commemorates Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem to celebrate Passover and proclaims his passion and death. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week.

This is the day that Jesus proved he truly is who he said he was. Wherever you are in your faith, Jesus invites you to experience more. He wants to forgive your sins. He wants to heal your brokenness. He wants to soothe your hurts. He wants you to turn from sin & give your heart to him. He wants to bring you new life.
