The Wisconsin Ukrainians Humanitarian Relief & Army Collection Drive is continuing to gather donations from our community for the people of Ukraine.

Donations can be dropped off at the red bin outside the Mission Center at 449 High Ave.

As Russian missile attacks continue, critical items are now needed to help the Ukrainians “The urgency is in medical supplies, burns, eye protection,” Oksana Kobzar said. (Read full article)

Message from the Green Bay Diocese's Catholic Foundation World Mission Director

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

As Ukrainians flee their homes due to the conflict with Russia, our Catholic Relief Services (CRS) partner Caritas Poland assists Ukrainians crossing into Poland for safety.

CRS and Caritas are on the ground across Ukraine and in bordering countries, preparing to provide safe shelter, hot meals, hygiene supplies, fuel to keep warm, transport to safe areas, counseling support and more. If you or your parishioners have questions or want to assist in Ukraine, the best way is through prayer and financial support directly to CRS at: https://support.crs.org/donate/donate-ukraine.

Please know the Church in Central and Eastern Europe are part of our World Mission Sunday consolidated collection each year completed in October. If your parish has not already done so, I ask you to please submit your monies now. Know these monies go directly to our strong USCCB partner for rebuilding and restoring the Church in Central and Eastern Europe. They will give critical and timely humanitarian aid now for the victims of war in Ukraine, among many other projects they support in this region.

Let us ask Our Lady, Queen of Peace, to bring a swift end to the violence. Please continue to pray for peace and the people of Ukraine during our Lenten journey.
