Applying the parish’s call of radical generosity through action.
Through our action, we proactively bring Jesus to people in need.
During Lent of 2022 our parish participated in an Almsgiving Fundraiser to help the neediest individuals in our community. Our target amount was $10,000 and, as you know, we met and exceeded that goal, raising almost $18,000. Your generosity has helped in amazing ways!
You may recall, this past year seven lives of a parish member’s refugee family fleeing persecution were saved by providing airfare to a country where they could seek temporary asylum. Your generosity has helped to fill gaps with the Back-to-School Fair, our Christmas Giving Tree and providing supplies for the WIT/WIN Academy Pantry. And in the last two months of 2024 alone, seven families received help with rent which prevented eviction and homelessness. Thank you for your continued support of those in our community who need help, especially those with children and those facing homelessness. God bless each of you!
