Father Jerry, in consultation with the parish staff and leadership, has identified four key areas of focus for both stabilization and evaluation as we continue to move through the effects of the pandemic: Sacraments, Communications, Mission & Outreach, Finances and Buildings. Each month we'll provide a mission update to one or two of those areas on how we're doing working toward his goal: to more strongly each of these key focus areas to our parish mission.

The sale of both the Cabrini School Building & The Newman Housing Building (formerly Siena Apartments) were finalized in June.
The Cabrini School Building was sold to Alliance Housing, Oshkosh. They will be converting the school into Senior (65 & Over) Apartments, which includes adding an elevator and garages. This will be a historical renovation; most of the renovations you will see from the outside will maintain the current look of the building.
The Newman house was sold to Hillside Jefferson in Brookfield Wisconsin, and will continue to be student housing for UW-Oshkosh.
In addition to being used for our parish Discipleship Nights and new Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program, the St. Peter School building currently houses the Day by Day Warming Shelter, the Oshkosh Area School District Alternative Education Program, and the Praise His Name with Dancing dance studio.
In addition, Water City Care Mission will be leasing space to open the St. Anne Clinic - a free health clinic for the uninsured and underinsured - beginning this Fall.
The Day by Day Warming Shelter opens for the season on October 15, and the St. Anne Clinic will be opening October 20.
To better reflect the way our parish mission strategy has laid out future use of that building, Fr. Jerry has renamed that building the Most Blessed Sacrament Mission Center.
