Parish Relationship Coordinator

Most Blessed Sacrament Parish is seeking a passionate missionary disciple who has a love for all God's people, a gift of hospitality and is open to the movement of the Holy Spirit to serve as a full time Parish Relationship Coordinator.
The primary responsibility of this person will be to serve as an ambassador of the Gospel to all and foster a culture of hospitality at Most Blessed Sacrament parish. They will help all people to an encounter with Jesus by ensuring every person who visits our parish has a personal connection and a remarkable worship experience. The Relationship Coordinator will also oversee the completion and management of the Parish Connection Centers.Other responsibilities:
Creating welcoming environments of hospitality and volunteer engagement opportunities for Most Blessed Sacrament parishioners leading toward a sense of belonging, involvement and spiritual growth. Develops and executes hospitality and connection strategies for people to find their place in the parish. Provides leadership, direction and development for volunteer hospitality team members (including parish staff, greeters, ushers, connection center teams).
This full time position reports to the Pastoral Outreach Director.
