I was born and raised in Berlin, WI, a town about 25 minutes west of Oshkosh. I am the second youngest of seven children and was raised to know Jesus and His love for me by my loving parents. Our home was typically loud and crazy with seven children and the neighbor kids often running around but, always quiet and peaceful at "prayer time".
I attended Catholic school from K-8th grade, then public high school. At the age of 18, I ventured out into the big world with NO plan. I thought I knew a thing or two about a thing or two and soon after leaving home, God started to reel me back in.
For a long time, I've felt that God placed sacrificial service to others in my heart. That has happened in many different forms throughout the years because of the places He has led me. I am so incredibly grateful for His patience with me and His unending love and mercy.
My husband, Rick, and I are Most Blessed Sacrament Parish members and were married at Saint Peter's Church in October of 2020. We have two children; Damion (angel baby) and Devan (19). I enjoy traveling to see Catholic speakers, visiting holy places, and attending uplifting seminars with my husband.
My favorite book is 90 Minutes in Heaven by Don Piper. It helped me immensely after the passing of my son, Damion.
I am overjoyed to work with the parishioners and staff at MBS and to encourage the hearts of others the same way Jesus has encouraged and uplifted me every day of my life.
